E-Commerce Coordinator
An excellent opportunity is now available for an experienced e-commerce professional to come and join our fun and vibrant women’s fashion label based in Melbourne’s west. Our ideal eCommerce Coordinator is an experienced individual with proven track records in developing and leading best-in-class online merchandising programs and managing e-commerce systems. The role is best suited for individuals who are self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Tasks & Duties include (but are not limited to):
-
Regularly review eCommerce content including product descriptions, stock levels, and functionality – proactively reporting your findings and solution suggestions.

Develop revenue growth strategies including pricing, mix assortment, promotion, inventory, refresh strategies and overall site functionality
-
Manage user experience and back end online store (CMS) including product updates and uploads, promotional/ campaign management and content pages
-
Work closely with marketing, sales and distribution partners to coordinate traffic acquisition strategies including EDM, CRM, SEO/ SEM, paid, social and content

Working closely with the Development and Design Team to Implement new strategies and improve UI/UX experience

Digital Marketing Specialist
We are now looking for a highly successful E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work towards the continuous improvement of the online experience on Heat’s websites. This role is a key strategic direction for the business and has a significant role to play in driving success for the business. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the websites and you will be helping with the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, coordinating, analysing and reporting on campaigns and promotions. You will also assist across CMS management, SEO and Affiliate paid programs.

Tasks & Duties include (but are not limited to):
-
Working collaboratively with the digital marketing team, brand managers, agencies, web developers and graphic designers to assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions & new product launches - to B2B and B2C audiences.

Developing and managing the company's online website by consistently updating content and overall design. (Shopify, WIX)
-
Implement digital marketing campaigns to improve digital reach, engagement, brand experience, trial and increase revenue.

New website development projects
-
Collaborate with Marketing on strategy and implementation of SEO, SEM, UX, Online promotions, visitor engagement, analytics, reporting, online merchandising, and CRM management.

Desired Skills & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related role
-
Experience working with ecommerce platforms (preferably Shopify).

Solid understanding of digital metrics and analytics data with Google Analytics experience.

Experience working with email marketing platform and executing email marketing campaigns.
-
Basic HTML skills and CSS skills a bonus
-
Experience in planning & managing projects and using tools (eg. Trello, Wrike, Monday, Basecamp.)

Solid understanding or experience managing SEO and SEM.

Account Manager

Tasks & Duties include (but are not limited to):

Complete proactive customer needs analysis, identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship, provide timely and quality service.

Analyse performance and provide reporting on sellers ranging

Ensuring that the range of products within your portfolio meet our customer's needs, while remaining competitive in the marketplace

Onboarding of new Marketplace "sellers" and negotiation of commissions.

Support the Business development manager to report on online store metrics including – no of sales, number of vendors and seller enquiries.

Identify opportunities to grow business with existing and new sellers.

Regularly analyse competitors and reviewing and implementing best tools to do this.
