LucioX has over 10 years’ experience in the ecommerce development and solutions in Australia, United States and United Kingdom.​ Operating from 3 main divisions: Ecommerce Store Management, Warehousing & Distribution and Digital Marketing, we partner with leading global brands to bring product to market across leading National Retailers, Specialist Chains, Independent Stores, plus an extensive network of trade and OEM customers. With a head office & main distribution centre located in Sydney, NSW, LucioX has representation across all states of Australia, including support warehousing in Birmingham, UK and Florida, USA.

Our online stores are designed to enhance the brand equity of our Brand Partners and increase click-through rate, which in turns generate sales on their online stores. We help our Brand Partners set up and manage their online retail stores on online market places operated by our online distribution channel partners in US, UK & Australia.
A key aspect of Ecommerce is the processing of orders received through online retail stores, and the subsequent delivery of such orders to the end consumers. The logistics services provided by our online distribution channel partners are integrated with their online marketplaces, and allows us and the end consumers to track the status of the delivery.

Digital Marketing

Support Services
To ensure that the online stores of our Brand Partners remain visible to consumers and increase brand awareness and loyalty, leading to greater transaction volumes. We also use data analytics to better understand market trends and formulate our sales and marketing strategies that are tailored towards increasing brand awareness and sales.
Our customer service team also helps our Brand Partners monitor consumer reviews on online channels to spot negative consumer feedback or complaints and try to resolve any issues with the consumer expeditiously. We also work with our Brand Partners to create a product handbook containing feedback and questions by end consumers.
